CIS EUROBOND MARKETInvestors were selling Russian sovereign Eurobonds on Friday, despite a rally in US Treasuries, but quotes closed virtually unchanged.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields climbed on Friday morning following a significant decline in preceding days. After the CBR decision, yields pulled back to the opening levels. Later on, they again rose sharply amid a shift in sentiment on global markets, and they closed 7-8 bps higher in the middle of the curve and 5-7 bps higher at the long end.
