CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading in Russian sovereign bonds was again light, with very low volumes. Quotes closed largely flat, though the Russia 42 and 43 lost a respective 0.2 pp and 0.4 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTLocal accounts were again buying medium-dated OFZs and nonresidents continued selling along the entire curve. Yields ended the day 6-8 bps lower in the belly and 3-4 bps lower at the long end.
