MARKET COMMENT - OIL OUTPUT LIMITS BOOST PRICES, COVID-19 CONCERNS PREDOMINATEA confirmed deal among global oil producers to limit output is the main news this morning, though the parameters are similar to those agreed to by Friday. Oil and overnight ruble quotes (USD/RUB 73.22) have gained in response, but the deal does not fully offset the drop in demand.
