MARKET COMMENT - REFLATION RALLY DOUBTS, NONCOMMITTAL SANCTIONS HEADLINESThe RTS declined 0.7% to 1,448, as Russia underperformed and global markets plateaued for a second consecutive day. A sluggish US inflation report led some market participants to question the reflation trade recently driving markets higher. Lacking clear catalysts, most indicators are roughly flat this morning.
