MARKET COMMENT - DIFFICULT GLOBAL MACRO PICTURE WEIGHS ON MARKETS FOLLOWING FED WARNINGSMarkets fell later in the day on the back of a poor macro picture painted by the Fed and OECD. The RTS closed down 0.5% at 1,278, while the MSCI ACWI global index slipped 0.3%. Oil tumbled on these headlines and a buildup in US inventories.
