CIS EUROBOND MARKETPrices on Russia's sovereign Eurobonds rose sharply for a second day straight on Friday amid interest from foreign investors. The biggest gains were seen in the Russia 42 and 47, which added 2.0 pp apiece.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market saw a continued rally on Friday thanks to demand from locals, whereas foreign accounts continued to lighten positions.
