CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russian sovereign Eurobond market saw sluggish buying activity amid a decline in US Treasury yields yesterday, while turnover remained modest. The Russia 47 again led the gainers, adding 0.9 pp, followed by the Russia 29 (+0.3 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields eased 1-2 bps yesterday morning in response to the CBR's dovish rhetoric on Friday and amid a cautious rise in global risk appetite. However, the ruble weakened sharply later, and yields began to climb, ending the day 1-2 bps higher. Volumes came in at R23 bln, well down from last week's daily average of R45 bln.
