CIS EUROBOND MARKETIn the Russian Eurobond market, activity has shifted to the middle of the curve. Yesterday, the Russia 28 and 35 outperformed, adding 0.3 pp apiece.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe CBR's blackout period begins today, and yesterday Deputy Governor Alexei Zabotkin gave an interview in which he delivered slightly more hawkish comments than we had seen from the CBR governor.
