CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe improved market backdrop yesterday buoyed Russian sovereign Eurobond quotes. After a long period when demand was concentrated in the middle of the curve, yesterday it switched to the long end. Leading the way was the Russia 47, which added 1.9 pp. Mid-dated paper was limited to growth of 1.4 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZs continued to rally yesterday, still fueled by the CBR's announcement late last week of its plans for long-dated repo auctions. In the morning, yields eased 8-12 bps in the belly and 11-13 bps at the long end, and they remained at those levels for the rest of the session.
