CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds continued to retreat yesterday. Prices moved another 0.25-0.75 pp lower, although transactions were seen only in the Russia 29, 35 and 47. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZs extended their streak of gains yesterday in the absence of a significant portion of nonresident investors due to the US holiday. OFZs shorter than 3y outperformed the rest of the curve, shedding 7-12 bps in yield. They also accounted for roughly R14 bln of the R42 bln traded in OFZs yesterday, which is higher than the volumes registered for both medium- and long-dated nominal issues.
