CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe market continued to rally on Friday. The Russia 47 rose 0.9 pp to 95.7% (YTM 5.6%, Z-spread 252 bps), while the Russia 27 advanced 0.6 pp to 97.7% (YTM 4.6%, Z-spread 157 bps). The Russia 5y CDS continued to pare back losses made in previous sessions and narrowed 10 bps on Friday.GOVERNMENT DEBTInvestors were in an upbeat mood on Friday, buoyed by the elevated oil price, ruble strengthening and ongoing dollar weakening on global markets.
