CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes surged yesterday amid a sharp drop in US Treasury yields. Long-dated paper outperformed (+2 pp), but turnover was not high. It was nonresidents who were buying. Most activity was seen in the belly, where quotes climbed 0.7-1.1 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields rose 2-3 bps amid a decline in risk appetite. Nonresidents were selling, while local accounts were buying.
