MARKET COMMENT - LIMITED WESTERN STRIKE ON SYRIA, US SANCTIONS IN THE NEWS TODAYRussia and other markets closed down on Friday, at least in part due to cautious positioning ahead of a potential strike from the US on Syria over the weekend. In the end, the US, along with the UK and France, did conduct a strike, though we think its limited scope will allow the market some relief this morning.
