With the Eurobond sale ongoing, investors are exploring some of the key concerns with the credit. Hence, we decided to address some of the questions that we have been asked repeatedly over the past few days. Even though we concentrate on some of the weakest parts of Belarus's profile in this note, we reiterate that our view on the sovereign is generally positive, as it is now in better shape from a fundamental perspective and from the perspective of its ability to pay compared with recent years.
