Belarus and Russia have resolved their latest round of disagreements, which emerged earlier this year and concerned economic and trade cooperation in the oil and gas sector. This should herald a normalization in bilateral relations, including the release of delayed financing. That said, we think investors have become accustomed to occasional bouts of contention between the two countries, so we do not expect the Eurobond market to react to the news.
