CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russian sovereign market closed with losses yesterday on what was a typically subdued Monday. Underperforming the most was the Russia 43, which declined 0.4 pp to close at 104.0% (YTM 5.6%, Z-spread 244 bps). The Russia 27 dropped 0.2 pp to 95.9% (YTM 4.8%, Z-spread 173 bps). GOVERNMENT DEBTAs is usual for a Monday, activity was low, with turnover below average. Yields rose as much as 7 bps among issues maturing in up to 5y, while further along the curve movements were not as significant.
