Though markets fell globally yesterday, the Russian market managed to end February just barely in positive territory on the month, well above peer averages. President Vladimir Putinâ€™s address to the Federal Assembly and Fed Chairman Jerome Powellâ€™s testimony in the Senate are in focus today, in addition to usual company reporting and macro data.
