MARKET COMMENT - AFTER OUTSIZED DROP YESTERDAY, SOME GLIMMERS OF BUY-THE-DIP TODAYRussia starkly underperformed global peers yesterday amid developments in the Skripal case. In MSCI terms, the Russian market fell 2.8%, versus next-worst drops of 1.4% for Qatar and 1.2% for Italy and a global average performance of -0.5%. A lack of material market outcomes from yesterday’s political events and improving global market sentiment suggest a slightly better performance this morning.
