MARKET COMMENT - SAUDI ATTACK REVERBERATES THROUGH MARKETS, BRENT TOUCHING $70/BBLAn attack on Saudi Arabia's oil infrastructure has taken offline some 5% of global daily crude production. Brent soared 17% to more than $70/bbl in response before retreating to an 11% gain at $66.66/bbl this morning. Overnight, quotes on the ruble have risen some 0.7% to USD/RUB 63.84.
