MARKET COMMENTRussia fared better than peers yesterday, the MSCI Russia edging up 0.2% while the MSCI EM declined 1.2%. The long-awaited announcement of the next steps the US will take in its trade war with China - 10% tariffs on $200 bln in Chinese imports, and more to come if conditions are not met - offered markets some clarity but little solace. Indicators this morning suggest a slight decline on the open for the RTS.
