MARKET COMMENT - SEVENTH STRAIGHT SESSION OF GAINS; BENIGN OUTLOOK THIS MORNINGThe RTS climbed 1.0% to 1,134 for a seventh straight session of gains. EM peers also fared well, the benchmark MSCI index climbing 1.1%.
