MARKET COMMENT - US/CHINA PROMISES, UN RHETORIC, BREXIT AND MORE RUGBY IN TODAY'S DIARYThe RTS slipped 0.3% yesterday to 1,373, placing Russia in the top third of EMs on a day of consolidation for equities globally (MSCI EM down 0.6%; MSCI World down 0.2%). Volumes were low both in Russia and globally. New US/China promises have supported markets this morning.
