CIS EUROBOND MARKETA sharp drop in US Treasury yields helped to push Russian sovereign Eurobond quotes higher yesterday, though trading was not very active. Quotes failed to react to new reports of possible US sanctions. The Russia 47 fared the best, closing 0.4 pp higher.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields were easing again yesterday morning, falling by as much as 3-4 bps, but the weakening ruble pushed them back up later and they closed largely flat on the day.
