CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign quotes retreated on Friday on light volumes. The Russia 26 fared the worst, falling 0.6 pp to 100.6% (YTM 4.7%, Z-spread 183 bps), while the Russia 27 slipped 0.3 pp to 96.9% (YTM 4.7%, Z-spread 181 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTSelling predominated on the OFZ market, though buyers emerged toward the evening. Yields closed 7 bps higher at the short and long ends and 15 bps higher in the belly.
