CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds paid little heed to a recovery in US Treasury yields, and quotes ended flat. Locals were buying.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields moved in step with the ruble, declining 3-4 bps in the morning but climbing later. Yields closed 6-10 bps higher at the short end, 2-3 bps higher in the belly and generally flat at the long end.
