CIS EUROBOND MARKETAmid rising benchmark dollar rates, quotes on Russian sovereign Eurobonds fell yesterday, while activity in the market remained low. The biggest loss came in the Russia 47 (down 0.5 pp), followed by the Russia 43 (down 0.3 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields rose substantially yesterday amid limited liquidity. Much of the growth came about after the auction announcement, despite the fact that both placements will be at the long end (the OFZ 26233 and the OFZ 26235) and will have R25 bln limits. Yields closed 5-9 bps higher at the long end and 3-7 bps higher in the belly.
