CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes closed flat yesterday on a day of fairly sluggish trading. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields eased 2 bps at the long end amid rising risk appetite, and nonresidents were buying. However, yields returned to where they began in light of growing geopolitical uncertainty. Locals were selling the OFZ 26220 (which saw turnover of R6 bln).
