CIS EUROBOND MARKETPrices on Russian sovereign Eurobonds moved lower yesterday. The biggest movement was recorded in the Russia 47 (down 0.6 pp). The selling mostly came from internationals. GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was fairly quiet yesterday morning, but the afternoon brought another bout of ruble weakness (stemming from geopolitical risks), which coincided with the Finance Ministry's announcement of the issues it intends to auction today. Yields ended up moving 10-12 bps higher.
