CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign quotes continued to decline, as the pressure from US sanctions news was compounded by a decline in global risk appetite. The Russia 47 underperformed, losing 0.8 pp to 94.0% (YTM 5.7%, Z-spread 271 bps). The Russia 28 retreated 0.3 pp to 159.5% (YTM 5.0%, Z-spread 211 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTWith the ruble gapping lower at the opening, OFZ yields rose 5-7 bps in issues maturing in four years or later in the morning and stayed at those levels for most of the session. In the evening, with the ruble weakening further, yields resumed their rise, and they closed on average 11 bps higher along the curve. Volumes were well down compared with the previous two sessions, at R23 bln. Floaters were unchanged. The 2s10s spread widened by 6 bps over the week.
