CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russia 42 (up 0.2 pp) fared the best on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market yesterday. A dearth of investors kept trading below average.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields climbed as much as 3 bps along the curve in the morning amid a decline in risk appetite, but global markets later reversed later and helped to bring yields lower. They finished 2-4 bps lower on the day. Local continued to dominate trading, though nonresidents were sporadically selling.
