CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds continued to rally, adding another 0.4 pp at the long end and 0.2 pp in the middle of the curve. The euro-denominated Russia 36 saw a further pickup in demand, tacking on 0.2 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields came down yesterday in the wake of the CBR's comments about signs of a decline in inflationary pressure and a drop in US Treasury yields. The rally continued even as the external backdrop deteriorated and the ruble weakened. OFZ yields finished 5-8 bps lower.
