CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign issues had a fairly uneventful day, and quotes generally closed flat. The sole issue to move significantly was the Russia 47, which dropped 0.3 pp to 94.5% (YTM 5.6%, Z-spread 271 bps). GOVERNMENT DEBTIn the morning, OFZ yields declined 7-9 bps at the long end and 4 bps elsewhere along the curve in response to the strengthening ruble. Later on they moved back and closed off around 2 bps along the entire curve. Volumes came in at just R8 bln.
