CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian Eurobond prices climbed 0.2-0.3 pp on a day of thin trading yesterday. Elsewhere in the region only the sovereigns of Belarus (maturing in 2030 and 2031) posted gains, adding 0.5 pp and 0.4 pp, respectively. GOVERNMENT DEBTThe hawkish comments from the CBR over the weekend caused OFZ yields to jump 5-6 bps at the short end and 1-3 bps further out on the curve yesterday. Trading volumes on the Moscow Exchange reached R37.5 bln, more than 1.5 times the average so far this year. Volumes in floating-rate issues were particularly elevated at R12 bln.
