CIS EUROBOND MARKETUS Treasury yields consolidated near recent lows yesterday, with the 10y note hovering around 1.17%. This allowed nonresidents and locals to build up their positions in Russian sovereign Eurobonds, which led to prices rising 0.4-0.6 pp at the long end of the curve.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields moved 2-4 bps higher yesterday ahead of the announcement of what will be offered up at today's auctions. Volumes traded on the Moscow Exchange totaled R33 bln yesterday, again outpacing the daily average figure over the last month.
