CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds faced heavy pressure yesterday from reports that the US was considering further restrictions against Russia. The Russia 47 underperformed, dropping 1.5 pp to 95.3% (YTM 5.6%, Z-spread 252 bps), while the Russia 28 fell 1.5 pp to 160.9% (YTM 4.9%, Z-spread 188 bps). GOVERNMENT DEBTHeightened fears of further US measures against Russia caused another wave of selling in the morning. Yields closed 16 bps higher on average along the entire curve. After staying largely flat for some time, floaters ended the day down 15-70 bps yesterday.
