CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading activity in Russian sovereign Eurobonds remained weak, and prices were little changed. The one exception was the Russia 29, which added 0.2 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTActivity in the OFZ market was low yesterday and yields were mostly unchanged. In the evening, after reports of possible Western sanctions due to the incident in the Kerch Strait on November 25, yields climbed 4-5 bps, although volumes were not high.
