CIS EUROBOND MARKETActivity picked up compared with recent sessions on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market. Local flows prevailed at the short end and in the belly, while trading in the Russia 42 and longer paper was dominated by nonresidents (mainly US investors). Quotes were little changed by the close, with the exception of the Russia 28, which added 0.3 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTYields climbed amid ruble weakening yesterday, though local accounts were buying in the middle of the curve. Yields closed 3-4 bps higher along the curve.
