CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes continued to advance yesterday, spurred on by the news the night before that the US plans to lift the sanctions against En+ and Rusal. The Russia 28 fared the best, climbing 0.6 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields gapped 8-10 bps lower at the opening and continued to trade at those levels for the rest of the day in light of the news about En+ and Rusal. They remained unchanged in the afternoon, despite a sharp drop in the ruble, as the market was illiquid.
