CIS EUROBOND MARKETSliding US Treasury yields provided a boost to CIS Eurobonds. The Russia 47 added 0.5 pp to 122.5% (YTM 3.91%, Z-spread 212 bps). The Russia 29 rose 0.3 pp to 110.1% (YTM 3.12%, Z-spread 152 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields declined 1-4 bps in the 8y+ segment yesterday morning, likely due to nonresident demand. But later yields shifted back toward the previous closing levels, with most of the selling by locals. By the close, the longest issues were still yielding 3 bps lower.
