CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading was light due to the absence of US investors. Most issues closed flat. Exceptions were the Russia 28 (down 0.7 pp) and the Russia 47 and 26 (down 0.3 pp apiece).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe Finance Ministry yesterday placed R14.9 bln out of R15.0 bln offered in the 10y OFZ 26224 at a weighted average yield of 8.81% and a 4 bp premium to the secondary market.
