CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes retreated again following the news overnight that the sanctions against Russia could be strengthened. Long-dated paper fared the worst, losing 1.2-1.3 pp. Intermediate issues dropped 0.5-0.7 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe rise in geopolitical risk sent OFZ yields sharply higher from the opening, and they were up as much as 20 25 bps by the middle of the day. However, large foreign accounts then began actively picking up paper, particularly the OFZ 26207, which saw turnover of R11 bln, and yields began to recede. They closed 13 16 bps higher along the curve.
