CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign quotes closed virtually flat despite rising global risk appetite. The Russia 47 was the only notable mover. It closed 0.4 pp lower at 124.0% (YTM 3.8%, Z-spread 184 bps). The Russia 27 and 28 fared better than other papers on the curve but edged up just 0.1 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTA favorable external backdrop and stabilization of the ruble at fairly strong levels led to locals dominating the buying in the OFZ market yesterday.
