CIS EUROBOND MARKETDespite rising benchmark yields globally, Russian sovereign Eurobond prices traded sideways yesterday. GOVERNMENT DEBTOn the first day of trading after the long Russian winter holidays, activity in the OFZ market was weak amid a weakening ruble and a sharp rise in Treasury yields last week (the 10y yield rising more than 20 bps).
