CIS EUROBOND MARKETWith most Russian investors now back after the long New Year holidays, activity on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market has risen. Yesterday, the longest issues performed the best, the Russia 47 adding 0.5 pp and the Russia 42 climbing 0.4 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields eased another 3-5 bps yesterday. However, later they shifted higher, in line with other EM local debt markets, though the pressure came mainly from a Russian weekly inflation reading of 0.3%. Yields eventually closed largely flat.
