CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe external backdrop soured after another escalation of the trade war between China and the US yesterday. CIS Eurobond prices retreated amid a drop in risk appetite. GOVERNMENT DEBTIn the morning, yields climbed at the long end against the backdrop of a decline in global risk appetite, but a strengthening ruble in the afternoon took yields down 4 bps on average. Volumes were slightly below average.
