CIS EUROBOND MARKETDespite rising Treasury yields yesterday, Russian sovereign Eurobond quotes were flat. The Russia 28 was the only decliner, slipping 0.3 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZs dropped another 2-3 bps in yield yesterday, except for a few medium-term issues, which yielded 6-7 bps lower.
