The Russia 28 fared the best, rising 1.0 pp to 163.4% (YTM 4.7%, Z-spread 180 bps), followed by long-dated issues, which closed 0.9 pp higher.GOVERNMENT DEBTRising global risk appetite supported OFZs on Friday, sending yields lower along the entire curve by 5 bps on average. However, turnover was below average.
