CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading in Russian sovereigns did not pick up much steam yesterday after the Russian holiday. Prices finished the day mostly unchanged. GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, the Finance Ministry placed the full R10 bln on offer of the 10y OFZ 52002 (February 2028, 2.50%) but only R8.9 bln of the 4y OFZ 25083 (December 2021, 7.0%). The average weighted yields were a respective 2.9% and 7.1%. Because of fairly low demand, a premium to the secondary market was offered for both issues.
