CIS EUROBOND MARKETInvestor interest continued to shift from sovereign issues to Russian corporate paper. The Russian sovereign Eurobond market was not particularly active, and quotes did not move much.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields climbed 3-4 bps from Tuesday's closing levels in the morning yesterday amid ruble weakening and stayed around those levels for the rest of the session. Activity was weak ahead of today's CBR rate decision. Volumes totaled R24 bln.
