CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds were again lightly traded on Friday, and quotes did not move much, with the exception of the Russia 35 (+0.2 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was quiet on Friday ahead of the CBR decision. After the bank announced the cut and softened its rhetoric (see our review below), yields dropped and ended 3-4 bps lower on the day.
